Sales Representative

We are looking to fill an immediate opening for a highly organized and experienced Independent Sales Associate with a passion for preparing, negotiating, and getting new clients for our staffing agency. As an Independent Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for adjusting your selling strategy to meet sales goals, look for clients through networking and cold calling, and offer outstanding after-sales and support assistance.

Sales Associate Qualifications

• Critical thinking skills to assess and resolve customer needs quickly and consistently
• Active listening skills and effective communications strategies
• In house or outside sales experience is a must
• Reliable transportation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, persuasive, and results-oriented
• Regularly calls on existing or potential clients
• Effectively manages time and resources to attain results
• Bilingual

Sales Associate Responsibilities

• One-on-one sales-based interaction with customers
• Develops and maintains strong customer business relationships
• Cold Calling
• Prepares and delivers daily sales statistics as directed
• Create a prospects client list
• Achieve growth and hit sales target by successfully maintaining and developing sales
• Develop new accounts through face to face and telephone contact with potential customers.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the business needs.
• Perferred but not required; experience as an individual contributor within the staffing/light industrial industry
